Children's Heart Federation


The Children's Heart Federation is dedicated to helping children with congenital or acquired heart diseases and their families in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

They are a parent-led charity, registration number 1120557, and have more than 20 organisations, many of whom are also registered charities, working together to give support the families of children with heart conditions.

Their work consists of providing direct services to families with heart children by giving information and advice and making grants for equipment and support. They also support their member groups but co-ordinating partnerships and providing advice and support.

Children's Heart Federation give public and professional education by advising on how the needs of children with heart conditions should be met and they also campaign for improvements in health, social and educational provision.
